When we refer to air conditioning for a warehouse, we are actually referring to cooling and maintaining the temperature in any expansive area. This includes but is not limited to production lines, depots, soft play areas, workshops, trampoline parks, storage facilities as well as pharmaceutical storage.
In general, warehouses can be air-conditioned in two ways. The first option is to use cassette-type units, which have a maximum duty of 15kW each. These units are ideal for areas with high human traffic as they distribute heat or cooling evenly and operate quietly. Additionally, they serve as an excellent choice for workshops that produce dust such as printers’ workshops. The second is High Capacity Ducted Units, which are ideal for providing background heating/cooling in warehouse areas, with capacities that can reach up to 25kW.
